All services are delivered on a best-effort and professional basis.

2. Authorization for Testing

Clients must provide explicit written authorization before any penetration testing or security assessment begins.

You agree that:

• You own the systems being tested or

• You have full legal permission from the system owner

S Cyber Solution is not responsible for unauthorized testing requested by clients.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain proper backups before testing

• Ensure internal approvals are obtained

• Not misuse any security reports provided

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect service outcomes.

4. No Guarantee of Complete Security

While we follow industry best practices, cybersecurity is inherently complex.

S Cyber Solution does not guarantee:

• 100% vulnerability detection

• Prevention of all future cyber incidents

• Compliance acceptance by third-party auditors

Our services reduce risk but cannot eliminate it entirely.

5. Confidentiality

We take client confidentiality seriously.

S Cyber Solution agrees to:

• Protect sensitive client information

• Not disclose findings without permission

• Use secure handling practices

This obligation survives termination of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• S Cyber Solution shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service

• We are not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing vulnerabilities

7. Reporting & Use of Findings

Security reports are provided solely for the client’s internal security improvement.

Clients agree:

• Not to publicly disclose reports without written consent

• Not to use findings for unlawful purposes

• Not to misrepresent our assessment results

8. Payment Terms

• Services may require advance or milestone payments

• Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed

• Delayed payments may pause or terminate services

9. Service Modifications

S Cyber Solution reserves the right to:

• Update service methodologies

• Modify these Terms & Conditions

• Improve tools and processes

Updates will be posted on this page.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Terms are violated

• Unauthorized testing is suspected

• Payments are overdue

• Illegal activity is detected

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
